I have been working with Angela as my personal trainer for over 2 years now. I have Parkinson’s disease along with a few other disabilities.
When I first started my balance was dreadful and over the time Ange has worked on specific exercises for me to help me gain balance. I have found that I am so much better training twice a week with Ange doing both hydrotherapy and gym. My balance and strength have improved incredibly and now have very few falls and can get off the floor without any assistance which I was previously told by a physiotherapist that I would never be able to do.
She is amazing and her professionalism is extraordinary.

I have never enjoyed exercising, and having a chronic disease and back issues makes that more of a challenge. I have been working with Ange for the past 18 months. She has a huge range of exercises and options in her bag of tricks that helps keep me motivated and moving. I suffered a stroke in September 2019 and again in June 2020 it was life-changing and created a dramatic halt to how I lived my life.
Nikki has confidently been a part of my stroke rehabilitation journey three times per week since March 2020. This has been a great benefit to my quality of life, having exercises/programs adapted to my specific limitations and needs throughout this time has seen an increase in my recovery and ability to function more independently - working towards getting my drivers license back was an important goal for my independence. I have regained bodily strength, overall endurance, mobility and mental well-being has improved. When I have said I can’t do something Nikki has replied “possibly not yet!, but we are going to try it anyway” I have been surprising myself and I’m still making progress, despite not being any good at keeping up with my exercises when I’m at home!
