We are more than a Fitness Centre, we are a community. We are welcoming, innovative, approachable and passionate and we work hard to ensure our Members feel a sense of belonging whenever they visit us.
We have an extensive range of cardio and resistance equipment, a wide variety of free and cable weights and lots of room to move around. We host over 50 group fitness classes a week in our spacious group fitness studio and have live and virtual spin classes in our spin room.
Our team is dedicated and passionate about their roles and are always approachable and friendly, ready to assist in any way possible.
Whether you are doing light exercise or something more intense, we are here to assist you on your fitness journey.

Spin Classes - Live & Virtual
Spin classes are a fantastic way to get fit, burn calories, and stay motivated. There are two options for taking spin classes: live and virtual. Live spin classes provide an immersive experience, with an instructor leading the class and providing guidance and motivation. Virtual spin classes offer flexibility to take a class at any time with pre-recorded classes.
