24 Hour Access FAQ

First, you will need to go through an induction process before you can start using the 24 hour facilities. The safety induction only takes 10 minutes and covers the necessary information about the Club access, security, health and safety and training procedures. However, once you have completed this induction, access will be easy – simply use your new card and swipe at the door for access.

All current memberships will stay the same. There is no increase in membership cost for 24 hour access to any existing, or new memberships.

We will be providing new membership tags to all existing members free of charge. All original wristbands and cards can still be used on the lockers.

Safety is, as always, our first priority. Every member that is wanting to access the gym for extended hours will be required to complete a safety induction so that they are fully equipped in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Our facility has 24 hour CCTV and a security guard on call from 9.00pm to 5.00am, giving you the peace of mind and confidence to train at any time of the day/night. Duress lanyards will be available and are to be worn for additional security.

Emergency duress stations have been installed in the change rooms. There is also a monitored call station located in the gym with two-way communication to security.

There will be no 24 hour access to the pool. No change has been made to the opening hours.

Monday - Friday: 5:00am-8:00pm
Saturday: 6:30am-11:30am
Sunday: 7:00am-12:00pm

The staffed hours will remain the same, including crèche hours. Outside of these hours there will be no staff onsite.

Those with a junior membership (14-15 years) will not have access to the gym outside of regular staffed hours. Members that are 16 years and over will have 24 hour access.

No, our system has automatic tailgating recognition. If one person scans and two people enter, we get notified and will make contact with the scanning Member. It is against our terms and conditions and you will risk cancelation of your Membership or a fine.

Visitors and guest passes are only accepted during staffed Dolphins Fitness & Aquatic hours. No guests will be able to enter during non-staffed hours.
