About me

I am both open-minded and intuitive, delivering tailor made programs and sessions that take inspiration from both land and water. Through personal competition and experience, I believe strength work is vital and will enhance whatever your fitness goals may be. On top of this I have a deep understanding of the importance of mental strength, which can be the biggest obstacle we face. I want to help you remain positive and believe you can do it! The lifestyle changes that are needed to achieve your goals go far beyond the four walls of the gym. A lot of the hard work happens out in the real world, where habits and mental agility are constantly needed to support and create the life you want! This is where I will support you and take you where you need to go!

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER YOUR CLIENTS?

From my start as a professional swimmer, I have been surrounded by elite athletes who inspired me to believe I could always do better than my best. I have thoroughly enjoyed my life as both a personal and professional athlete. My passion for competing has always kept me on the starting blocks, with more recently having been a big part of the triathlon scene competing in half iron mans, ultra-marathons, and finishing in 6th place in the Olympic Distance State Triathlon. With Dolphins, I’ve helped coach many aspiring Tri athletes and Jetty to Jetty distance runners.

WHAT IS YOUR PHILOSOPHY ON LIFE?

I believe anybody in this life has the power and strength within them, to achieve anything they can dream of! My personal health and fitness philosophy is a focus on the mind, body and spirit. By taking a holistic approach with my clients, I believe I can train their mind to become mentally tough and their body to become healthy in many different ways.
