About me

I’ve been working out in a variety of gyms ranging from personal home gyms/private studios and large commercial gyms for over 5 years. I’ve been training people for the last 3 years of that time. My background in fitness has mainly come from having active parents who brought me up around all sorts of adventurous sports including Cannoning/Kayaking/Mountain climbing/Surfing and more. My personal interest over the last few years had been bodybuilding, which has led me to compete in a Natural bodybuilding contest. I’ve learnt a lot more about nutrition and the body in the months leading up to that competition. During this time I tried many different resistance-training styles, which I’ve since passed onto clients who have enjoyed training in ways they hadn’t before!

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER YOUR CLIENTS?

Improved fitness, strength, flexibility, energy levels, endurance and motivation. I teach my clients to understand their own training and recovery, and how important good rest and nutrition is. My weight loss, toning, fitness programs/workout plans are created to suit each of my client’s specific goals.
