Dolphins Health Precinct offers a variety of Group Fitness classes for our Members. Group Fitness is a fun and effective way to maintain and improve your health and fitness. With over 50 classes offered per week, there is always something exciting for everyone!
Our Group Fitness timetable caters for all fitness levels with new choreography being launched every quarter to ensure the classes remain fresh.
Group fitness classes are held in the spacious Group Fitness Studio and spin classes are held in the dedicated Spin Studio.
