Dolphins Fitness & Aquatic is a complete approach to fitness and wellbeing for the Moreton Bay region. Our state-of-the-art Centre is multi award winning and continues to grow in popularity. We are committed to providing the community of Redcliffe and surrounding suburbs with the ideal location to train and maintain a fitter, healthier and happier lifestyle.
Fitness Centre
We have an extensive range of cardio and resistance equipment, a wide variety of free and cable weights and lots of room to move around.
We host over 50 group fitness classes a week in our spacious group fitness studio and have live and virtual spin classes in our spin room.

Aquatic Centre
An aquatic centre that has it all! With the pool being split into 2 temperatures - hydrotherapy, lap lanes, general swimming and aqua fitness classes are all possible in our spacious pool.
Our Learn to Swim program will give your child the ultimate in fun based learning with our dedicated, friendly and professional instructors.
